[indiana-discuss] Creating .pc files (specifically Firefox 3.0 [Xulrunner 1.9])

 most experience with firefox & pkg-config]

*.pc files are simple text files used by the pkgconfig command - the
web page for that project is http://pkg-config.freedesktop.org/wiki/
and there's dozens of examples in /usr/lib/pkgconfig already.
