AFAIK the remaining bits in usr/closed are going to be addressed soon -
/usr/bin/printf, /usr/bin/kill etc. with the upcoming ksh93-integration
update1 putback and then stuff like "sed", "tr", "od" etc. quickly
follows once cycles are free...
