I suspect I'm experiencing a bug in the package manager GUI, but want to
verify.  I'm trying to install SUNWmercurial, and it's been busy in the
"Checking package dependencies..." stage for over 15 minutes.  Looking
through the "Show Details" window, it's checking through thousands of
Blastwave IPS* packages from the blastwave.network.com repository (it
also looks like it has checked for IPScommon hundreds of redundant
times).  Strangely, the dependency details for SUNWmercurial showed
nothing, so it's a bit puzzling that the GUI would go off and check for
any dependencies, far more that it would check for dependencies at some
other non-default authority.

Does anyone have an idea of what it's doing, and if it's by design?  I'm
guessing that this is a bug, and that installing SUNWmercurial shouldn't
be taking this long.
