I am currently updating bart to support some more modern features for the validated execution project:

I am not sure I understand this thread though.  bart is currently filesystem neutral.  The only bug I am aware of that is specific to zfs (or really any FS that supports more than 2TB) is:
6436517 bart needs to be large files aware to support ZFS roots greater than 2TB
