Some of the mini notebooks (including HP 2133, which, however, is not Atom based) are using Linpus Linux:

Note that Linpus charges $36 per copy.  "Free" has a very bad connotations in certain parts of the world, including, particularly, China.  Something Sun's top brass really need to be aware of.
