I'm also getting authentication problem in CUPS. Fresh install with 2008.05, pkg image-update (worked on second try), deleted the old BE and the failed attempt BE. One of the first things I did was try out CUPS. I can't log in as first user (full admin privileges) or root. Will try on my other machine tomorrow, that has been setup exactly same.

Also, I thought build 90 had was supposed to have OSS in-build, it hasn't picked up my sound card and "find / -name oss" returned nothing. Do I have to install nevada build for this? It seems opensolaris 2008.05 (Indiana) isn't just quite ready to be image-updated yet. But I don't want to setup nevada nicely, then find I can't update through IPS. Maybe another issue of opensolaris 2008.05 (live cd) is needed with latest build, until the image-update is working smoothly. Or maybe it's just a few of us with issues. Do I have to re-install and re-apply the image-update or wait for an IPS package fix?
