[indiana-discuss] 2008.05 upgrade to snv_90 causing authentication issues

I agree with Dave's assessment. There was a serious regression idmapd in snv_90:
CR 6706243 6591398 breaks workgroup mode; idmapd should not demand default_domain be set
or discoverable
Which was recently putback on 6/6/08 and should be delivered into snv_92.
This seems to be the cause of the problem.
Doug.

I had some CIFS SMB exports which no longer take a login (confirmed working previously), and cups web admin isn't taking a login even if I set authorization to "None." Any ideas, or information I can give to help track this down?
