is there anything that I can do to get the GUI. When I started the Xsun Server I got the GUI but the resolution was poor. I am getting the GUI in SOlaris 2008 too. It seems without the xorg.conf file the Xserver will start in default mode and I will get the GUI. I first created teh xorg.conf file in indiana then my gui failed to load. then i deleted the file and restarted the xserver i got the GUI. 

How can i get the GUI that opensolaris 2008 is generating while booting from live CD.
