We could boot from inactive BE, in GRUB, we can select which BE we want
to boot.
No matter it is active or not, we can select and boot it.
The active BE only means it will boot up by default on GRUB, in my mind.
If the active BE is corrupting, you are still able to boot up from
previous BE and activate itself.
