 I am running OS 2008.05.  I was looking for rcap* tools (rcapadm,
rcapstat), could not find them in either /usr/bin or /usr/sbin (or anywhere
else, for that matter). It turns out that SUNWrcapu is not installed. Any
reason for this omission?

I found the package SUNWrcap in the OS repo, I pkg install it manually,
however now I am getting errors:

xyz at opensolaris:~# rcapadm
rcapadm: SMF initialization problem: entity not found
rcapadm: Unexpected libscf error: entity not found.
Segmentation Fault (core dumped)

Any suggestions/ideas?
