Not everything will be on the CD, so you should get in the habit of 
searching the packages for things that are missing, with something like:

pkg search -lr webconsole

In this case, the packages aren't in the repository, either; presumably 
we don't have redistributability of those packages cleared.  Installing 
them from the SXDE media should work, though.
