Thanks Alan...the Ultra thing tends to confuse some :|
I need to take more of a look at what is causing the issue - I re-sourced the image and checked the md5 sum this time...tried it on a few more systems; Dells, Apples et al - the only one that does this is the Ultra 20. I will try a fw update on the board and go from there.
