No, the CD for preview 2 is 32- and 64-bit (preview 1 was 32-bit).
A number of us have had good success running it as a 32-bit virtual
machine in both VirtualBox and VMware Workstation. There seem to be
issues in 64-bit in some cases, though I don't believe anyone's
investigated them in any detail.
