[indiana-discuss] The defect bug database

I understand that the Bugzilla defect database is part of project Indiana and not part of Opensolaris proper.  But I got the error message today:

Software error:

Can't connect to the database.
Error: Too many connections
  Is your database installed and up and running?
  Do you have the correct username and password selected in localconfig?


For help, please send mail to the webmaster (you at yourhost.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

 Who is the "webmaster" managing the bug defect database to email too?
