There has been a slight trend towards seeing it more on laptops with 4Gb,
but we haven't narrowed down yet why some GM965's see it consistently
and others never do, which is why we're left release noting it
instead of having a fix.    Unfortunately, the GM965 laptops our Solaris
Intel video driver teams at both Sun & Intel have are in the "work fine"
camp, like yours - we're working to get them ones that panic.
