Wondering if this is related, I've got a Panasonic Toughbook CF-30F which has an Intel GM965 graphics controller.  Install of OpenSolaris 2008.05 was fine, however whenever the  xscreensaver kicks in the screen permanently goes blank and the mouse is useless.  Haven't seen the same behavior with Solaris 10 U5.
