I've asked release engineering to build images at each repository 
update; I'd like to make them available via Bittorrent, at least.

Not too hard, and it'll get easier as we go along.  Right now it's just 
a matter of pulling the code, configuring it, then watching it chug 
along for a long time (unless you've got a local IPS repo and really 
fast processors, in which case it'll be a short time).
