  I find this interesting, so to be clear, if there is 'S3-support 
enable' in power.conf, there is no "Shutdown" option, but if it is not 
there, then there is a "Shutdown" option?

  What about if power.conf contains 'S3-support default'? 
  Does anything change if HAL is restarted: 'svcadm restart hal'?
