Hi Antonello,
For future reference, there's a handy tool called MEMDISK
(http://syslinux.zytor.com/wiki/index.php/MEMDISK ) which loads a floppy
image and boots it as if it were a a real floppy.
Just add something like the following to GRUB's menu.lst:
title Floppy image
kernel /boot/memdisk
module /boot/floppy.img
