Thanks for Jurgen Keil for the analysis - this was caused by a commit
in build 99.  To track this issue, I've filed the following

 	6768192 alarming mod_remove_by_name warning printed to console
 	http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6768192

 	(the URL isn't active yet but should be tomorrow)
