[indiana-discuss] OpenSolaris 2008.11 RC1 can not boot into text mode

Hi,

  I tried RC1 on Toshiba Tecra M5. After a successful install from liveUSB, I added `-s' to the grub command line to boot into single-user mode, but the text console does not come out. The progress bar indicating the boot progress keeps running. However, I can blindly type the username of root and password to enter the shell and managed to `reboot'.
  I tried to remove the `console=graphics' option from grub command line and boot, the laptop screen became fuzzy immediately (with colorful pixel block, blinking).
  Anyone have simliar problems?
