to show one of the problems caused by setting the SAL_DISABLE_FC_SUBST parameter to 0 (shown in the bottom half, the page layout was distorted).

There is another workaround which changes only the UI fonts.  For now, this seems to be a more acceptable solution, but still not a satisfactory solution.
