[indiana-discuss] 101a graphics bug on Tecra M2

Some projectors (and projector switches) don't send proper resolution
information.

Best is to try this... launch the NVIDIA X Server Settings (from
Applications->System Tools)
Then go to X Server Display Configuration and click Detect Displays
Then click on the second display that was detected and Configure
Chose TwinView
Then set resolution properly (I like same as master display).
If you drag the second display over the first, you clone the displays.
