[indiana-discuss] Problem Installing amp-dev onto RC1 (101a)

New problem:

I clicked on the "Developer Tools > Web Stack Initialize" menu, enter my 
root password when being asked. The script gave me two warnings, then 
exited. I can't remember the warnings, but the "Developer Tools > Web 
Stack Initialize" menu is no longer there. I don't have the "Developer 
Tools > Web Stack Admin" menu.

Any hints?
