I rely on my colleagues in the internationalization community to provide
recommendations, which they did, and those are reflected in the plan
shown. If you have issues with the specific technologies being used,
i18n-discuss is the place for those discussions, because that's where
the experts I know are found. Have you raised any of these concerns
there? I don't see anything in the archives for the past couple of
months, anyway.

Much of the discussion on the topic of CD space has been open, but of
course not all of it, because it will never be the case that all of the
work will be, in this or any community. I've summarized those
discussions openly, and if you feel that's insufficient, then I would
suggest your standards are impossibly high.
