Of course you can deny it. But I don't know how much that is going to help.
Note that this week is a particularly bad time to be discussing i18n
issues around the Chinese locales, as the Sun Beijing office is closed
all week for the Chinese national holidays. Perhaps once that team
is back in the office next week you will have more luck working out
these issues with them.
