I'm not sure Oracle supports os2008* yet and don't know the specifics of 
why those packages weren't included, but would venture a guess they were 
non-redistributable..  I didn't spend too much time looking for a spec 
file or pkgdef, but one may be around if you're really determined.


Maybe someone can comment if SXCE has these?
