[indiana-discuss] apps installing to /opt -> beadm create not working

hi,

as mentioned here http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=3452 a populated /opt directory prevents beadm create from working. virtualbox setup created a folder called virtualbox into the /opt directory and i can't create an new BE without moving the virtualbox folder to some temporary location (and back to /opt after the update, to get vb working again). what's the right work around to this problem? went something wrong on my virtualbox installation? (one note: i'm not working on my latest BE due to atapi problems with builds >98)
