We had a revised build 86 version for a special back-to-school kit to 
put together that competed for resources.  It should be out this week.

Some amount of the process has to be done privately until we get the 
procedural clearances to release bits.  As it stands now you get the 
bits about as early as is possible given the legal requirements, 
resources, and state of the processes.
