Yes, I am "also" aware, that UPA cards are not being found using libPCIaccess.
But the Xorg server's bus scanning code has been heavily reshuffeled
in the move from 1.3 (and 4) to 1.5.
Therefore it is something special that the UPA and Sbus code inside
the server plus my patches still works.

But it is a monologue here.
