[indiana-discuss] Via network driver still not in 2008.11 ?

Hi,
the driver for VIA 8237A nic isn't included in 2008.11, as it
wasn't in any other release of OpenSolaris.
Are there licensing or technical problems with it?
OpenSolaris without network drivers is next to useless...
and the driver has been around for years.
