[indiana-discuss] Production support responsiveness

Production support for OpenSolaris does as the webpage says. If you have such a contract you
can log support calls, and if you are experiencing a bug that needs to be fixed then it can be
fixed for the current release of OpenSolaris (at this time OpenSolaris.2008.11).  Therefore
a severity 1 issue will be dealt with.
