Joerg, you claim about some "time bombs" but you also say that you
gather from your own reading.

I'm sure that the Fraunhofer institute has multiple lawyers and I'm 
certain that they have lawyers who are specialized in IP.

I would suggest that you had your lawyers read the SCA, without comment,
and then trust THEIR professional opinion.

Perhaps they agree with you, but perhaps they say that there's no problem 
for you to sign.  I hope it's the latter and if that happens, then I hope 
you can let the matter rest.
