star is an example for how different CLIs can be implemented in a single 
program. Star implements the superset of the features in 

SUSv2 tar
Sun tar 
GNU tar
cpio
pax

and in addition features that are not found in any of the above. There are
5 different CLI/option parsing functions and there is central code to support 
all the features.
