[indiana-discuss] Missing /etc/inputrc

I'd like to see it... hell my experience with FreeBSD backends and
_INSERT_ANY_CLIENT_OS_HERE_ results in a decent experience versus
(Open)Solaris in its default configuration.
No use arguing too much about semantics here; Indiana is already embracing
the bulk embodyment of GNU style behavoir in many ways, down to software and
up through desktop frameworks.
