Hi, Anon.
I used VMWare for video capturing.
I usually install it in my PCs directly.
It doesn't change MBR.
The boot loader is NTLDR(XP) or bootmgr(vista or later).

Because FUSE is not stable, it mount c drive with -o ro option.
It's not so dangerous.
I made this about one year ago, but no accident happened yet.
