[indiana-discuss] IPS distro-import changes needed for X & CDE packages for nv_111

These changes in the X & CDE packages in Nevada build 111 will need updates
to the IPS distro-import package definitions for those packages.

As usual, this only lists the changes that need distro-import changes,
the full list of X changes in this build can be seen at:

 * 6814889 Motif links in /usr/{lib,include} should be moved from
SUNWxwrtl/SUNWxwhl to SUNWmfrun [CDE side]
 * 6814890 Motif links in /usr/{lib,include} should be moved from
SUNWxwrtl/SUNWxwhl to SUNWmfrun [X side]

	From 110/common/SUNWmfrun, remove the "from SUNWxwhl" and
	"from SUNWxwrtl" import sections.
	

 * 6815064 Merge SUNWxwhl into SUNWxwinc and change link target to /usr/X11/include

	From 107/common/SUNWxwinc, remove:

	# Replaces link to /usr/openwin/include/X11 in SUNWxwhl
	add link path=usr/include/X11 target=../X11/include/X11


 * 6815700 X consolidation should be built with -xspace to reduce binary size

	Find someone else to put on a diet if LiveCD is still too full or
	uses too much RAM.  8-)


 * 6816129 Xorg man page improvements for 2009.06 release

	From 101/common/SUNWxwman, remove:
		drop usr/openwin/share/man/man1/Xserver.1


 * 4478262 tooltalk files should be moved to /usr/dt

	From 110/common/SUNWmfrun, remove the exclude entries for libtt
	after "import SUNWmfrun".

	From 110/common/SUNWtltk, remove all the drops & chattr_globs,
	and replace them with:
		chattr_glob * edit path usr/openwin usr/X11

 * 6814604 OSBL needs to be included in package copyrights of redistributable
CDE/Motif packages

	Use license files from SVR4 packages instead of special copies
	delivered for 110.
