[install-discuss] ludelete fails then lucreate fails too

This happens when the /etc/lutab file gets out of sync with the
contents of the /etc/lu/ directory.  It usually results from a failed
LU operation (one that was interrupted) or from storage being removed
from the system.

In any event, the fix is pretty simple, though not documented or
supported.  Just edit /etc/lutab and remove the offending entries.

Note that this problem was fixed a while ago in OpenSolaris (Nevada),
and that you're using S10.  S10 users should generally go through
Sun's support group rather than through the opensolaris.org mailing
lists.
