Narendra,  Please check out the BigAdmin tech tip (linked above), which spells out the step-by-step procedure.

Essentially, I added sun4v group-specific packages (all ending in *.v) from the DVD, to a sun4u system.  Then, I tricked out the flar tools, so the resulting flash image lists both platform groups.

Feel free to try it yourself, however be aware that this is not Sun supported.  I don't know what patching or upgrading might do with such a system image.   Thanks... -cheers, CSB
