[install-discuss] using bash for installation scripts

This might be a problem for live upgrade as well.  For Solaris Express, 
we need to support live upgrade from S9 and S10 releases.  If the user 
decide not to install SUNWbash in S9 and S10, when you run live upgrade, 
the script will not work.
