	* control-center.spec: define %with_hal to keep the base spec file
	  valid without the Solaris spec file that %uses it.
	* firefox.spec: same with %with_apoc_adapter
	* ext-sources/developer-guide-images.tar: delete, using devguide
	  a tarball instead.
	* ext-sources/developer-guide.html: delete
	* ext-sources/devguide.desktop: delete
	* ext-sources/devguide.png: delete
