2007-07-11  Damien Carbery <damien.carbery at sun.com>

        * base-specs/gnome-panel.spec: Reenable the TJDS patch
          (11-trusted-extensions). Remove the contents of the obsolete clock
          patch, but keep the file for a fix to #455921 (to avoid patch
          renaming).
        * patches/gnome-panel-10-clock-timezone.diff: Remove obsolete code,
          replacing with fixes for #455921.
        * patches/gnome-panel-11-trusted-extensions.diff: Rework.
