        * gst-plugins-good.spec, patches/gst-plugins-good-05-cdda.diff
          patches/sound-juicer-01-fixplugin.diff:  Add a CDDA plugin
          for GStreamer which uses ioctls and is LGPL based.  This isn't
          perfect, doesn't yet have jitter protection, but seems to work
          reasonably.  Updated sound-juicer patch to use this plugin
          and specify *not* to build the cdio plugin when building
          gst-plugins-good with --disable option.
