2007-11-06 Brian Cameron  <brian.cameron at sun.com>

        * base-specs/totem.spec, patches/totem-03-novisual.diff:  Remove
          this patch, renumbering the rest.  This totem-03-novisual.diff
          patch was added to disable using the GStreamer GOOM plugin with
          totem caused severe flashing and audio stuttering performance issues.
          In recent testing, these issues have gone away with the latest
          GStreamer codebase.
