Yet again, I disagree with removing parts of a package simply because
it's not used in JDS.  There may be good reasons for not shipping
some binaries or other interfaces, for example:
 - the originating community is moving away from the interface
 - the interface is very unstable (in the ARC sense)
 - security risk

If there's no good reason for removing it, please put it back.
