Patrick/Damien:

Note that there are plans underway to transfer ownership of the
GnuTLS module to another team within Sun. It might make sense to
avoid doing further work updating versions of these modules until
after the dust settles.

Note that changes to modules that include encryption technologies
often requires export control review. So, unless there is a real
need to bump the version of these modules (such as a security fix),
we should avoid doing so. In other words, if there is just new
functionality, we shouldn't bump the version unless something in
GNOME actually needs that new functionality.

Further, it might make sense to wait until these modules are
transfered to the new team so they can be responsible for doing
paperwork such as export control.
