spec-files repository locked - access broken

I made a mistake when opening the gnome-2-22 branch for commits and this 
has resulted in the repository being locked for everyone. I am asking 
the opensolaris.org IT to restore the file. Hopefully someone in UK can 
do it.

If you try to commit to any branch you will see the following error:
Transmitting file data .svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: 'pre-commit' hook failed with error output:
ERROR:root:/svn/jds/spec-files/hooks/pre-commit: FATAL ERROR
Config file '/BRANCHES'.
No 'access' field in section [branches/gnome-2-22]
