[jds-review] isaexec hard links in SUNWflac

Last month SUNWflac was enhanced to include 32-bit pentium,
32-bit SSE2 and 64-bit variants.  isaexec can be used to
execute the best binary for the system you're running the
binary on, but pkgbuild did not support hard links before 1.2.0
so a temporary postinstall script was used to create the links.

Now that we have hard link support, I'm deleting the postinstall
script and using a hard link in the pkgmap instead.
