--disable-scrollkeeper means that "make install" won't try to
update the scrollkeeper files.  You still need to do that when 
the package is installed / uninstalled.

Scrollkeeper indexes the GNOME help documents using the OMF
files that contain some metainfo.  Whenever you install GNOME help
docs and OMF files, you need to run scrollkeeper-update to
update the index.  If you don't, the document won't appear in
yelp.
