[jds-review] gnome-icon-theme: OpenSolaris 6603213, evolution cores

Hi All,

    The problem was that the gnome icon theme index file was missing 
some references to new directory.
    Adding these directories fix the problem.

    Note, evolution shouldn't have crashed in the first place but 
gracefully failed back.
